Jyoti K. Gill

Jyoti Gill's practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including investment management, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and emerging companies & venture capital. She is active in the firm's pro bono practice.

Jyoti received her J.D. and Business Law Certification from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she graduated with Order of the Coif honors. She was a board member of the South Asian Law Students Association and was the recipient of the Jurisprudence Award for being the highest ranking student in Bankruptcy Law.
