Natalia Giraldo Carrillo's practice focuses on advising sovereign States, Stated-owned entities, and private companies in investment and international commercial arbitrations. Natalia has over fifteen years of experience in arbitration proceedings conducted under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC arbitration rules. She has advised clients in a variety of different sectors, including banking and financial institutions, mining, oil and natural gas, real estate, telecommunications, energy, transportation, and intellectual property. She has also provided advice to sovereign States on issues of public international law, including in relation to maritime boundaries and entitlements. Prior to joining the firm, Natalia worked as an associate in another international law firm, and represented a sovereign State in a maritime dispute before the International Court of Justice.
