Steve Gliatta is co-chair of the firm's Real Estate practice. He provides clients with a broad range of real estate experience, especially in representing investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination and securitization of first mortgage debt and mezzanine loans.
Steve represents senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, servicers and special servicers in the workout and restructuring of large commercial real estate loans across commercial property types. He also regularly represents opportunity funds in joint ventures with operating partners and in the acquisition and financing of real estate projects.
