Reuven’s clients include private equity funds, private and public companies, venture capital funds, real estate investment funds, high-net-worth individuals, and tax-exempt organizations. He also has experience advising founders and startup companies on tax issues relevant for emerging companies.
Reuven is recognized as a leading tax lawyer and speaks regularly at the firm’s industry and legal symposia on a range of subjects, including the impact of tax reform on cross-border transactions, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and structuring private equity transactions.
