Taylor Buzzell Graham is a member of Arnold & Porter’s litigation practice, where he focuses on government investigations and commercial litigation. He also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor served as a law clerk for the Honorable James O. Browning of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the Honorable Mary Murguia, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Taylor is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was a Center for Law, Energy & the Environment Scholar and a member of the California Law Review. He received his bachelor of science in Emerging Media, summa cum laude, from Ithaca College as a recipient of the Park Scholarship. His publications on Tribal water rights and treaty interpretation appear in the California and New Mexico Law Reviews. Before attending law school, Taylor was a documentary filmmaker and National Geographic Explorer and spent a year in Jaipur, India as a Fulbright-Nehru Research Scholar.
