Naina represents clients in a variety of sectors, including shipping, pharmaceuticals, sovereign states, retailers, and defence in high-value class action litigations, private competition claims for damages, and transactional antitrust matters in the UK.

Her competition litigation experience includes disputes before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, where she has acted for certain defendants in McLaren Class Representative LPP v. Mitsui OSK Lines & Ors, et al., and she is also acting for various corporate claimants asserting follow-on damages claims against the EU Trucks cartelists in the UK. Naina also assists clients with their notifications under the UK National Security and Investment Act and merger control regime.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Naina worked on investment treaty law disputes at Arnold & Porter before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and international trade law disputes at the European Commission before the World Trade Organization (WTO).
