Nicole Henry represents clients in government enforcement actions and healthcare litigation in state and federal court. Her practice focuses on defending clients, including healthcare companies and providers, health plans, Medicare Advantage plans, clinical laboratories, and government contractors against alleged violations of the False Claims Act (FCA) and similar state laws, as well as investigations involving consumer protection issues. Nicole also represents clients in commercial contract and business disputes.
Nicole has guided clients through all stages of government investigations and litigation. Nicole is experienced in leading internal investigations, litigating FCA lawsuits, managing large data matters through discovery, preparing complex cases for trial, and advising clients on healthcare regulatory requirements and risk assessments.
