Agustín Hübner Valdivieso is an Associate in the London office of Arnold & Porter as a member of the firm’s International Arbitration practice group. Agustin advises clients in international investment and international commercial arbitrations, with a particular focus on disputes involving Latin America. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, he worked as an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department of a renowned Chilean firm, representing clients from various sectors in commercial disputes. He graduated with highest honors as an attorney from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, ranking among the top students in his class.
He received his LL.M. from the Faculty of Law of the University of Cambridge (Trinity College). He also holds a Diploma in Civil Law from the Universidad Católica de Chile. Prior to joining, he was a professor of civil law for two years at the Universidad Diego Portales. His native language is Spanish and he speaks English fluently.
