  • Loan Core Capital, as secured lender in connection with various real-estate Chapter 11 cases, including the Chapter 11 cases of In re 203 W. 107 Street LLC in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
  • Walton Improvement Group LLC, as secured lender in connection with the real estate Chapter 11 case of In re 975 Walton Bronx LLC in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
  • Ad Hoc Group of First Lien Lenders under a senior secured term and revolving credit facility with more than $1 billion in outstanding debt in the Chapter 11 cases of The Hertz Corporation and 29 of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • Alter Domus (US) LLC, as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent in the Chapter 11 cases of Seadrill Partners LLC in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas for the debtors' restructuring of a multibillion dollar pre-petition credit facility.
