Bettina Jendrek focuses on complex commercial litigation and product liability litigation. She represents a consumer products company in the defense of thousands of personal injury cases in state and federal court following the decertification of a class action. Ms. Jendrek also represents BP in the natural resource damages assessment relating to the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
Ms. Jendrek graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, Ms. Jendrek was Senior Editor for the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. Upon graduation, Ms. Jendrek was elected to the Order of the Coif.
