Arnold & Porter Announces Election of 9 New Partners, 7 New Counsel

WASHINGTON, D.C., December 18, 2023 — Arnold & Porter is pleased to announce the election of nine new partners and seven new counsel, effective January 1, 2024.

Partners

Alastair Brown is a member of the Antitrust practice, resident in the London office. He earned his Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow School of Law and L.L.B. at Glasgow University, with honors.

Jeremy Cobb is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, high honors, Order of the Coif, his M.S. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Butler University, cum laude.

Bobby Cook is a member of the Real Estate practice, resident in the New York office. He earned his J.D. at the New York University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Scholar. He earned his M.B.A. from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, Dean's List, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University, where he was a Bloustein Scholar.

Sara Mouledoux Glover is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice, resident in the Denver office. She earned her earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and received her B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi. She clerked for The Honorable Jay Zainey, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.

Bettina Jendrek is a member of the Product Liability Litigation group, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, and received her B.A. from Emory University.

Matt Kirsch is a member of the Real Estate practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. He earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, honors, and his B.B.A. from Emory University, honors.

Charlotte Mallorie is a member of the Complex Litigation practice, resident in the London office. She earned her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law (London), with distinction, and her L.L.B. at the University of Southampton.

David B. Schwartz is a member of the Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Strategy practice, resident in the New York office. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and received his B.A. from Grinnell College.

Amanda Thomson is a member of the Complex Litigation practice, resident in Houston. She earned her J.D. from University of Texas School of Law and received her B.S., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University.

Counsel

Ashley Burkett is a member of the Product Liability Litigation practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. She earned her J.D. from University of Alabama School of Law, summa cum laude, and received her B.A. from Huntingdon College, summa cum laude. She clerked for The Honorable Ed Carnes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and The Honorable Kevin C. Newsom, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Kaitlin Konkel is a member of the White Collar Defense & Investigations practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. She earned her J.D. from Yale Law School and her B.A. from Williams College. She clerked for The Honorable Catherine C. Blake, U.S. District Court, District of Maryland.

Karen Otto is a member of the Antitrust practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, her M.A. from Georgetown University, and her B.A. from University of Virginia, with distinction. She clerked for The Honorable Stanley Marcus, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Amanda Sherwood is a member of the Government Contracts & National Security practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. She earned her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, and her B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude.

Andrew Tutt is a member of the Appellate & Supreme Court practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. He earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.S. from Duke University. He clerked for The Honorable Cornelia T.L. Pillard, Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Will Wagner is a member of the Consumer Products & Retail practice, resident in the San Francisco office. He earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno. He clerked for The Honorable Justice James Hardesty, Supreme Court of Nevada.

Jocelyn Wiesner is a member of the Product Liability Litigation practice, resident in the Washington, D.C. office. She earned her J.D. from George Washington School of Law, Order of the Coif, where she served as a member of the editorial board for the Law Review. She received her B.A. from Providence College.
