Melvin Kenney III represents clients in a variety of industries in antitrust and competition matters, including government review of mergers and acquisitions, filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, complex civil litigation, and counseling clients in relation to antitrust issues.
Melvin earned his J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Howard Law Journal. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Melvin worked for two large law firms, where he focused on several large investigations and litigation matters involving antitrust, intellectual property, arbitration, employment, and entertainment issues. Melvin received his Bachelors of Science from Morehouse College in Physics.
