Julia Kindlon's practice focuses on environmental and commercial litigation and regulatory compliance. She has experience litigating toxic tort cases related to PFAS. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on climate change, wildlife trafficking, and immigration.
Julia earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the NYU Environmental Law Journal and participated in the Environmental Law Clinic and the NYS Office of the Attorney General Social Justice Externship with the Environmental Protection Bureau.

- Fortune 100 company in defending against multiple personal injury and property damage lawsuits brought by residents living near a former lead manufacturing facility. Obtained dismissal with prejudice or favorable resolution of all actions.
- Chemours in toxic tort lawsuit brought by the state Attorney General alleging natural resource damages from perfluorinated compounds (PFAS) at the company's facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
- Separated mothers and children in a pro bono Federal Torts Claim Act litigation arising from government's policy in 2018 of separating migrant families at the U.S. border.
