Jay D. Kreismann advises real estate stakeholders—private equity funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), sovereign wealth funds, institutional capital partners, sponsor operators, and developers—in structuring commercial real estate transactions across a wide range of domestic and international property classes. His deep experience includes drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements and contemplating preferred equity investments and platform arrangements, as well as other equity documents, including property and asset management agreements, development agreements and contribution agreements. Mr. Kreismann also manages corporate compliance and tax structuring issues.
