Youngweon Lee

Youngweon Lee is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice group. She advises private investment fund sponsors on the formation, structuring, and operation of funds. She also advises institutional investors on investments in private investment funds. She advises private fund sponsors, institutional investors, and fund-of-funds on the formation, structuring, and operation of funds. She drafts and negotiates limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and side letters across a range of fund structures. She is a member of Arnold & Porter's ACCORD affinity group for racially diverse lawyers and maintains an active pro bono practice.
