Youngweon Lee is an associate in the Corporate & Finance practice group. Her practice involves advising companies on a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of Arnold & Porter's ACCORD affinity group for racially diverse lawyers.
Youngweon earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was the External Relations Chair of the Women's Law Coalition.
