Shay Longtain represents individuals and corporate clients in complex commercial disputes. He has experience counseling both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Shay graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Michigan Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He began his career as an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Before law school, Shay spent a year in Tromsø, Norway as a Fulbright scholar.
