Emily Mahaffy supports clients across a broad range of legislative and regulatory matters, with a focus on energy, environmental, and technology policy. She tracks policy developments and analyzes federal legislation to inform strategic planning and stakeholder engagement with both Congress and the executive branch.
Before joining Arnold & Porter, Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy, with a concentration in Environmental and Business Economics, from Rutgers University. She previously interned at the U.S. Department of Justice and in the office of Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ-01).
