Matthew J. Micheli represents a diverse set of clients through complex restructurings, debt refinancing, and distressed M&A. He has represented both debtors and creditors at various levels in the capital structure through out-of-court restructurings and in Chapter 11 restructurings across the U.S. In addition, Matt spent seven years as a corporate executive and draws on his business and operational experience to advise his clients.
