Matthew J. Micheli represents a diverse set of clients through complex restructurings, debt refinancing, and distressed M&A. He has represented both debtors and creditors at various levels in the capital structure through out-of-court restructurings and in Chapter 11 restructurings across the U.S. In addition, Matt spent seven years as a corporate executive and draws on his business and operational experience to advise his clients.

Compute North Holdings, Inc., a cryptocurrency infrastructure company, and its subsidiaries in their chapter 11 cases in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, pursuant to which all of the assets of the business were sold through multiple 363 sales in a fast-tracked chapter 11 case.
Cypress Environmental Partners, L.P., a mid-field inspection and safety service company in the energy sector, and its subsidiaries in their prepackaged chapter 11 cases in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, pursuant to which the prepetition purchaser of the secured debt completed a debt for equity exchanges in a 45-day chapter 11 proceeding.
Medley Capital, a registered investment advisor, and its related fund entities, the non-debtor operating subsidiaries of chapter 11 debtor Medley LLC, through the chapter 11 process and post-confirmation with respect to the wind down of nearly 30 private credit investment funds.
