Complex and high-value Antitrust Litigation dominates Samuel’s practice. With experience in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition, Samuel has acted in competition disputes for both claimant and defendant corporates, including blue-chip companies, in a range of critical sectors, including payments, digital security, utilities, and transport.
In addition to traditional proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the High Court, Samuel’s practice extends to collective proceedings and non-competition disputes. His experience includes trials and settlements and multiple appellate proceedings before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
Samuel also maintains an active Pro Bono practice.
