Samuel Milucky combines experience in antitrust litigation with a background in regulatory and transactional competition matters. He represents clients in high-value disputes arising from infringements of EU and UK competition law. Examples include various follow-on and standalone actions, including the Maritime Car Carriers Cartel, Trucks Cartel and Power Cables Cartel.

As a graduate of the Blue Book Traineeship at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition in Brussels, Samuel previously acquired regulatory experience, particularly in relation to alleged infringements in passenger rail and air transport in various EU member states. His prior experience also includes assisting target companies in cartel investigations and securing clearance for mergers in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

Among other publications, Samuel co-authored an article discussing inconsistencies between regulators’ competition decisions and antitrust damages actions that was nominated for the 2021 Concurrences Awards.
