Zachary T. Morris

Senior Associate

Zachary Morris is a senior associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation practice. Zach helps clients navigate high-stakes disputes and enforcement proceedings, providing strategic counsel from pre-litigation investigation through trial in both state and federal court. His experience spans toxic tort, environmental enforcement, antitrust, insurance coverage, and products liability matters for clients spanning telecommunications, transportation and maritime, insurance, pharmaceutical, and the technology sectors.

Zach maintains an active pro bono practice with an emphasis on LGBTQ+ civil rights and housing. He has represented families in Florida state court challenging legislation prohibiting transgender girls and women from participating in girls’ sports, and has defended a nonprofit social services organization against unlawful detainer claims in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Zach graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. In law school, he was an editor and host of the UCLA Law Review's podcast, Dialectic. Zach was also a writing advisor for first-year law students. While in law school, he interned with Judge Myron H. Thompson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
