Caroline Oliver

Caroline Oliver supports clients on a range of healthcare-related legislative and regulatory matters. She monitors and analyzes policy developments to inform client strategy and engagement with Congress and the executive branch.

Caroline earned her B.S. in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia, with a concentration in Health Policy and Management. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, she built a foundation in health policy through internships with Families USA, the House Energy and Commerce Committee, and a health-focused government relations firm.
