Mr. Ossi's primary areas of focus have included the discovery phase of antitrust litigation and regulatory review during which he has supervised discovery teams on large scale anti-trust matters, and participated in the defense of a number of FORTUNE 500 companies in both private litigation and governmental investigations. He also counsels clients on the effective use of electronic discovery in complex matters as well as managing and protecting the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine.
Most recently, Mr. Ossi has focused on disputes involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. This has included the supervision of large scale review teams as well as more granular analysis supporting interview preparation and governmental presentation work.
Mr. Ossi also provides Medicare Part D coverage advice to seniors on a pro bono basis.
