Eric Padilla is an attorney in the firm’s general litigation practice group and represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters.

Mr. Padilla also maintains an active pro bono practice. He most recently provided assistance in a case involving habeas relief for a death row prisoner.

Mr. Padilla graduated from New York University School of Law, where he served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and as a Professional Development Co-Chair for the Latinx Law Students Association (LaLSA).  Prior to law school, he worked at a boutique law firm specializing in securities finance.
