Eric Padilla focuses his practice on product liability litigation, primarily defending major manufacturers and retailers of consumer products and medical devices in lawsuits in state and federal courts across the country. Eric represents clients through all stages of litigation, including initial case investigation, fact and expert discovery, motions practice, settlement, and trial. Eric also maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on reproductive rights.
Eric graduated from New York University School of Law, where he served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and as a Professional Development Co-Chair for the Latinx Law Students Association (LaLSA).
