Summer Perez represents clients in a variety of industries in antitrust and competition matters, including filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, government review of mergers and acquisitions, antitrust compliance, and complex civil litigation. Summer also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Summer received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, Summer interned at the Federal Trade Commission Northeast Regional Office, served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jane A. Restani, U.S. Court of International Trade, and participated in the Federal Litigation Clinic. Prior to law school, Summer worked as a paralegal at an antitrust boutique law firm.
