Will Radcliffe advises clients on UK and EU competition law in relation to merger control, foreign direct investment, restrictive practices and anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance and complex private damages claims. He has extensive experience of complex private equity and healthcare transactions, working with global leaders and household names in the FMCG and Life Sciences sectors.
Will has also previously assisted businesses on ongoing internal antitrust compliance efforts and in reviewing antitrust issues raised by primary and secondary private fund investments.
