Tim Roche’s practice focuses on assisting clients in complex civil antitrust litigation, government review of mergers and acquisitions and filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, as well as counseling clients in relation to antitrust issues before the Federal Trade Commission. Tim has represented clients in a variety of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and retail.
Tim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2021. While in law school, Tim was a legal intern at Lawyers for Human Rights in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he counseled migrants seeking asylum and refugee status. He also participated in the Law School’s Civil Practice Clinic.
