Tim Roche’s practice focuses on assisting clients in complex civil antitrust litigation, government review of mergers and acquisitions and filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, as well as counseling clients in relation to antitrust issues before the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Roche has represented clients in a variety of industries, including health care, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, and retail.
Mr. Roche graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2021. While in law school, Mr. Roche was a legal intern at Lawyers for Human Rights in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he counseled migrants seeking asylum and refugee status. He also participated in the Law School’s Civil Practice Clinic.
