John Sabacinski focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, primarily patent litigation and prosecution for pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. His experience includes drafting motions for patent litigations, drafting Office Action responses for patent prosecution, and identifying and engaging with expert witnesses.

John graduated from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as a research assistant for Professor Stephen Yelderman and as a founding member and executive editor to the law school's Journal on Emerging Technologies. He graduated from University of Chicago with a B.S. in Chemistry. Prior to attending law school, he worked for BASF in lithium-ion battery research and development, primarily focusing on cell testing and analytics.
