Peter Saban's practice focuses on the representation of sovereign States, corporate clients and individuals in investor-State arbitrations and international commercial arbitrations as well as litigation.

Peter joined the firm as a trainee and has worked on IP disputes, commercial contracts and UK and EU competition law matters, including experience of high-value commercial litigation in the English High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Prior to joining the firm, Peter worked in the London office of a leading global law firm in the capital markets, corporate and financial restructuring teams.

Peter maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly advises on a wide range of legal and strategic matters as well as representing clients in matters of public international law and human rights.

Peter is fluent in Spanish and has working knowledge of French, Italian and Catalan.

ILGA-Europe (International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association) with a number of cases before the European Court of Human Rights in relation to LGBTI issues, including:
- ILGA-Europe and Human Rights Watch on their intervention in Stanislaw Bednarek and Others v. Poland (Application No. 58207/14) before the European Court of Human Rights; the case concerned the respondent state's alleged failure to adequately investigate criminal complaints concerning acts of violence motivated by hatred towards the LGBTI group to which the applicants belonged.
- ILGA-Europe and Polish Society of Anti-Discrimination Law on their intervention in K.P. v. Poland (Application No. 56310/15) before the European Court of Human Rights; the case concerns alleged violations of the applicant's rights with respect to his private life and freedom of expression as a result of the discriminatory and negative perception of his sexual orientation.
