Alexis Sabet's practice focuses on advising public and private companies on a variety of corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She has experience in various industries such as aviation, technology, manufacturing, and financial services.

Alexis maintains an active pro bono practice in which she has worked on corporate governance for non-profit and minority-owned businesses and asylum cases. She is also a member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications working group.

Alexis received her J.D., cum laude, from Howard University School of Law, where she served as Executive Publications Editor for the Howard Law Journal and worked as a student attorney in the Movement Lawyering Clinic. She also received her B.A. in Strategic Communications, magna cum laude, from Hampton University.
