Rica Santos's practice comprises a range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts with a focus on complex commercial litigation. She has also represented companies in lawsuits brought under California consumer protection statutes such as Proposition 65.
Her pro bono practice includes advising and advocating for vulnerable members of society, including immigrants, asylum seekers, and incarcerated people.
In law school, she externed with the Honorable Jon B. Streeter of the California Court of Appeal and served as an editor of the California Law Review.
