Ian Schwartz

Ian Schwartz concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions. Ian represents institutional lenders, investment funds, and private lenders in connection with the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of properties across all asset classes throughout the United States, and the sale of those loans on the secondary market. His practice also includes advising developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial properties.
