Matthew Shannon is an associate in the Corporate & Finance team in London, advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, as well as commercial transactions in the Life Sciences sector. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter, Matthew worked in corporate and venture capital teams at other UK law firms, with a particular focus on technology companies.
Before training as a solicitor, Matthew was a laboratory scientist and was awarded a Ph.D. in molecular genetics.
