Caleb Song assists clients in complex civil antitrust litigation, government review of mergers and acquisitions, filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and counseling clients in relation to antitrust issues.
Caleb earned his JD at the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2022. While in law school, he externed for the Honorable Virginia K. DeMarchi in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and served as a certified mediator through Northwestern Law's mediator program with the Center for Conflict Resolution. He also served as an associate editor for the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
Before law school, Caleb worked as a legal advocate for Asian Americans Advancing Justice-LA.
