Rob Stout’s work focuses on complex intellectual property disputes in federal district court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission. He has litigated cases involving a diverse array of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, mechanical devices, and electronics, and is experienced in case strategy and management from pre-trial to trial. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, seeking health care reform for incarcerated persons in the State of Alaska and addressing immigration matters.
Rob graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown, Rob served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley. He earned a B.S. in physics and political science from Syracuse University, cum laude.
