Hailey Sullivan is an associate whose practice comprises a range of complex commercial litigation matters. Hailey has represented clients throughout all phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial. She is also deeply involved in the firm's AI integration efforts and has experience advising clients on cutting-edge AI strategy for complex matters.
She maintains an active pro bono practice, including work supporting voting rights and gun violence prevention.
A cum laude graduate of the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (UC Law SF, formerly UC Hastings), she served as a senior symposium editor of the Hastings Law Journal and worked for the Office of the Marin County Public Defender and the corporate module of the school's Startup Legal Garage.
