Queenie Sun's practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, including venture capital financings, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law. She is a member of Arnold & Porter's ACCORD affinity group for racially diverse lawyers and is active in the firm's pro bono practice.

Queenie received her JD from University of Southern California Gould, where she was a senior submissions editor on the Southern California Law Review. She was also the Co-President of the Chinese Law Student Association. During law school, she interned at a contract management software startup, an asylum and immigration law office, as well as the VAWA Unit of Northwest Immigration Rights Project.

Before law school, Queenie worked as a patent secretary at a self-driving truck startup company.
