Amy Phan Taylor centers her practice on resolving and litigating complex workplace matters for employers. She has represented national and regional employers across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, food and beverage, and financial services. Amy advocates for her clients during the pre‑litigation phase and before local, state, and federal agencies, including before the EEOC and various other state agencies. She handles all stages of litigation in state and federal courts involving claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FLSA, the FMLA, and their state‑law counterparts, with a particular emphasis on Washington law. She defends employers against wrongful termination lawsuits and employment‑related tort claims. Amy additionally handles ERISA- and benefits-related litigation. Clients also rely on Amy’s expertise to review and advise on challenging leave‑of‑absence situations, accommodation issues, wage and hour compliance, performance management, and employee handbook compliance.
