Gabrielle K. Walter

Gabrielle Walter represents investment banks and institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of properties across the United States. Her practice also includes work on commercial mortgage backed securitizations and loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions.

Ms. Walter is a former Desmond Moot Court winner and New York City Finance and Law Program attendee at the University at Buffalo School of Law. Now as an alumna, she attends various speaking engagements and most recently presented to the Dean's Advisory Counsel in New York City.
