Jessica Wang's practice, which focuses on product safety matters, includes assisting clients in evaluating and meeting their compliance obligations under US Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations, and strategic management of the fact-finding and document production phases of government investigations and related litigation.
Ms. Wang has extensive experience in managing teams of attorneys, legal assistants, and e-discovery professionals through each stage of the discovery process from preservation to production. In addition, she has developed expertise in the protection and management of the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine protections, including the defense of those privileges against claims of waiver and other asserted challenges.
Ms. Wang's pro bono practice focuses on immigration, and includes the successful representation of an asylum applicant before the Arlington Immigration Court, and assistance to U visa holders and their families in securing permanent resident status.
Ms. Wang is a 2005 graduate of The George Washington University Law School. She received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, graduating with University Honors in 2002.
