MJ Wang

MJ Wang advises clients on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and debt financings transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, MJ worked tax associate in the M&A group at a Big Four public accounting firm. MJ received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and served as vice president of the Fordham Tax Law Society.
