Alexander Weaver

Alexander Weaver is an associate in Arnold & Porter’s antitrust/competition group, where he advises on a broad range of antitrust matters, including complex litigation, merger review, government investigations, and compliance. His work includes assisting clients in navigating all phases of antitrust disputes, preparing regulatory submissions, evaluating competitive considerations in mergers and acquisitions, and supporting antitrust compliance programs.

Alexander received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his B.S. from Cornell University. During law school, Alexander was an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review and served as a student attorney in the Capital Punishment Clinic.
