Stefan Weidemann's practice focuses on corporate and financial matters, including venture capital financings, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law. He is a member of Arnold & Porter's ACCORD affinity group for racially diverse lawyers and is active in the firm's pro bono practice.
Mr. Weidemann received his JD and Business Law Certificate from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he served on the board of the Negotiations Team and as Senior Interview Editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal. He also worked as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research & Writing and Lawyering Process courses. Before law school, he was an NCAA Division I wrestler at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and served as a volunteer at the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
