Luke Westerman is an experienced litigator and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and investigations involving a variety of subject matters. In his litigation practice, Luke focuses on assisting companies across a broad range of industries in all phases of litigation and arbitration. His toxic tort experience includes class actions and multidistrict litigation involving industrial chemicals and agricultural pesticides. Luke has also worked on large-scale investigations for companies operating in the financial services industry.

Prior to attending law school, Luke was an active duty military officer in the United States Air Force. As a senior director onboard the E-3 AWACS aircraft, he deployed multiple times in support of combat operations, including Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Odyssey Dawn/Unified Protector, as well as counter-narcoterrorism missions in South America. He was also stationed in Saudi Arabia for one year, flying with and training the Royal Saudi Air Force as part of the United States Military Training Mission.

As a military veteran, Luke maintains an active pro bono practice assisting veterans with service-connected disability appeals and discharge upgrades.
