Marc Zhang is an associate in the firm's Investment Management practice. He advises private fund sponsors, institutional investors, and fund-of-funds on the formation, structuring, and operation of private equity, venture capital, real estate, and credit funds.
Mr. Zhang's practice focuses on drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and side letters across a range of fund structures. He regularly counsels clients on governance matters, investor rights and obligations, co-investment arrangements, and regulatory considerations under the Investment Advisers Act and the Investment Company Act. Marc also advises on secondary transactions and fund restructurings.
