Cherney Spoke at Private Equity Secondaries Conference

Emanuel Cherney, Partner and Vice Chair of the Corporate & Finance Department, spoke at The Private Equity Secondaries Conference in Boston, held November 5-6, 2009. Mr. Cherney was a panelist at the session "Legal Issues in the Private Equity Secondaries Market" on November 6, 2009, where he and other panelists discussed the unique legal issues specific to the secondaries market, and explored case studies as examples for buyers and sellers new to conducting secondaries transactions.
