Simon Firth to Participate in IMS Regulatory Forum 2013

Partner Simon Firth will be speaking at the IMS Regulatory Forum 2013 at Bloomberg’s London office on January 23, 2013. The Forum will inform Compliance Officers, COOs and CEOs at investment firms of key regulatory issues that lie ahead as well as providing practical solutions to those issues. Simon will be taking part in the panel "US and Them," which will examine the extraterritorial registration, reporting and compliance aspects of the US regulatory framework for the benefit of UK firms.
