Kaye Scholer’s Antitrust Group was featured before the ABA Antitrust Section’s monthly meeting for Corporate Counsel on May 9, 2013. Their presentation covered recent FTC and DOJ enforcement activities, private antitrust litigation developments, and International developments. This update is part of the ABA Antitrust Section’s popular brown bag lunch series for corporate counsel. More than 70 participated.
