Hartmut Renz Lectures at the Compliance Congress of the East German Savings Bank Academy in Potsdam (Germany)

Hartmut T. Renz, Counsel in the Frankfurt office of Kaye Scholer, will discuss the handling of complex structured products by investment advisors at the Compliance Congress of the East German Savings Bank Academy in Potsdam. He will introduce the new ESMA guidelines and will link the current approach of the European Supervisory Authority with the intended legal requirements of MiFID2.
He will also give a lecture on the civil law code of the agent and will discuss further developments of authorized representatives at German banks and savings banks.
