Baer Featured on CNBC's 'Squawk Alley' Discussing Big Tech Regulation

Arnold & Porter Antitrust partner Bill Baer was featured on CNBC's "Squawk Alley" discussing antitrust issues involving network platforms as well as the Federal Trade Commission's recent announcement of a $5 billion settlement with Facebook regarding the company's misuse of user data. Baer is the only individual to lead antitrust enforcement at both US antitrust enforcement agencies, serving as Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Antitrust Division of the US DOJ from 2013 to 2016, and as Director of the Bureau of Competition at the FTC from 1995 to 1999.
