O’Keefe Quoted in Private Equity Law Report on Chancery Court Decision Impact on Attorney-Client Privilege

Corporate & Finance partner Nicholas O’Keefe was quoted in an article from Private Equity Law Report discussing the Delaware Court of Chancery’s decision in In re WeWork Litigation, which ruled that attorney-client privilege did not exist when employees of Sprint, a company controlled by Softbank, used their Sprint email accounts when assisting Softbank with respect to a matter involving another company (WeWork), in which Softbank held an investment. O’Keefe comments on the implications for PE sponsors that appoint employees to portfolio company boards.
